She first told me conveyancing job costs between $1100-1300 , then she added $400 for certificates and at the end she sent me a $2000 bill. When I refused to accept the contract, she charged me to pay $12850. CBA bank did the conveyancing for me with $500. It is totally a waste of time and money working with Mrs. Oboodi. She thinks everyone is a billionaire to pay her bills. Never recommend this person.
