I was recommend by one of the real estate agent within Boxhill area saying they got very good services and rate they were charge roughly $680-$880 inclusive of everything. How foolish of me to trust them with the recommendation as it turn out the service was decent nothing special nor excellent. At the end of my property transaction they were charging me with the final price $990.00!! I ask them I was told by the real estate agent did the recommendation to you was between $680-$880. Jo told me no such thing was within their range of services. With simple property transfer I was charge $990.00 with this price I would have gone to a solicitor or lawyer with bit more money rather than a conveyancer!!! I would still be happy if they would give me a good services unfortunately this wasn't the case :(. This is absolutely most disappointing experience i have come across. MJ Conveyancing similar to Urban Edge conveyancing services...it will leave you with a bad taste.
