  Went here to get advice about specific diets (due to chronic illness), the dietitian just wanted to push fodmap and refused to discuss other options. GP gave me chronic illness form (so could get whole appointment bulk billed / nothing out of pocket), but they didn't know how to process it so I was charged and medicare wouldn't refund anything. Staff told me they would call to make a follow up appointment the next day and never did - no loss there. Would not recommend.

  I was quiet crestfallen following my appointment last year. I had decided to wait to see a dietician for 6 months after my coeliac diagnoses and chose Shepherd works because of their reputation as a specialist in this area. I felt that the dietician I saw was only prepared for an introductory session and did not address my concerns during the appointment. I thought that the amount of information that I had provided, including my food diary, would mean that the appointment would cover more specific dietary information rather than general information about coeliacs. Even though the dietician did try to adapt during the appointment I still felt that she was speaking in very general terms about dietary requirements for eating gluten free.
  
  I provided this feedback to the clinic and never received a reply. I have since spoken to 3 people who have had a similar experience with Sheperd Works.

  Went to the appointment with my daughter, they didn't really care for what she had and just pushed fod map on her we told them everything we do and it doesn't work yet she told us to continue the same way but delete garlic and onion, 6 weeks on no change!
  It seemed to be just a standard introductory session!!
  We had a check up appointment today with the hope to get more information but unfortunately due to my daughters health we we're up all night and just got back for the doctor.. I completely forgot and when I had the miss call I rang back, I introduced myself on the phone and before I said anything more than my name I was interrupted and told
  "we waited for you and you will be paying for the appointment".
  That's fine my mistake but the rude abrupt lady on the phone needs empathy and respect for others! and we pay for this kind of service! Crazy!
  I will not come back and will tell others the same!
