  We had always amazing experience with Asia Travels since 9 years and Mr. Pratheesh Martin is the best in customer service. He always look after his customer very well. He is very experienced with vast travel industry knowledge. He is very Honest, Truthful abnd humble person to deal with. I would give him 10 star if possible. I completly disagree with Negative reviews. Thanks Asia Travels and keep up the good work.

  Hi All, We have been dealing with Pratheesh Asia Travels for the last few years. Even though we live in Adelaide we always purchased from Asia Travels. Great follow up & prompt service. This week we had to take our return ticket from Trivandrum to Adelaide from their Cochin office. The services from their Staff Stiphy & Arun was amazing, especially Stiphy. If it was anybody else other than Stiphy they would lost their patience cos of bothering too much. Very patient, great listeners & excellent Service & ensure you get the best price in the market. Keep up the Good work team of Asia Travels in Melbourne & in Cochin.

  Terrible service. I paid for a business class ticket and had cancelled it in time and changed to another flight. Then they were meant to refund it. It took two years of constant back and forth and excuses before I received money when I threatened to go to court. Stay away when it comes to booking tickets through them. You might save a bit but when things go wrong it can go wrong very badly..

  I had a chat with Pratheesh from Asia travels. Absolute rubbish discussion I had ever had with a travel agent. I asked him to look for evening or night flights and he said there are no flights available. But there are plenty which I booked with another agent later. Also he was very rude when I told him the flight cost is higher compared to Flight center website. He did not want to listen to me after that and he cut me off even before I said thank you. Very rude.. I do not recommend..

  Can’t give a star less than one. So selecting the least available rating.
  Biggest scammers / cheaters in Melbourne. They are ready to lick your shoes for getting business and once confirmed they will start researching the ways to cheat the customers. Because of this agencies irresponsibility I lost around AUD1300 as ticket price and additionally he looted AUD1000 from my ticket refund. The staff working with Martin (owner) are also trained to cheat and mislead customers.
